Elly is a contemporary painter working in oil, acrylic and mixed media. Her colourful and evocative paintings are inspired by travel, literature, music and nature.

The Night Has many colours

Nocturnal Celebrations

 

At present her specially created ‘Temptation’ paintings are on permanent display at Gemini restaurant in Tadworth, Surrey, where menu, atmosphere and décor all present their individual temptations.

 

 

 

 

A regular exhibitor in contemporary art galleries in South West France, she has also been invited to show her work in the yearly Summer and Autumn ‘Salons’ in Albi and St. Antonin Noble Val. This summer a selection of Elly‚s paintings can again be seen at the Salon d‚Eté,
from 14 July until 15 August 2007,
in the historic setting of the old Couvent des Génovéfains, the Mairie of St. Antonin Noble Val.

Elly’s most recent paintings will be exhibited in ‘e s c a p e’  a solo show at the Waterloo Gallery, 14 Baylis Road, London SE1.

The exhibition will run from Monday till Saturday, 17 - 22 September 2007.
